what is life coaching?

Life Coaching focuses on encouraging and motivating sessions for the client. While consulting, therapy, or counseling looks backward, life coaching looks forward to all that you can become. The coaching process addresses specific personal projects, academic goals, business dreams, and personal relationships in the client's life. We focus on the right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to make your life be what you want it to be.

The coaching program consists of weekly coaching calls that keeps the clients on their goal setting path.
